Thank you for visiting our website! Act-Wise was born in 2008. We started with one mission: to deliver personal service and to always try to be as close as possible with our clients. Today we are still convinced in this philosophy. We are proud and honoured to have grown up with our clients. We are real partners with them and with our suppliers. With more than 100 events per year, we dare to say we are experienced enough to make every event an exciting ecperience. We know how to make a difference.

Hey you, let's meet! We strongly invest in doing the effort to come and see you for a detailed briefing. We want to smell, feel and see the atmosphere of your company in order to understand what you are looking for. After your briefing, we start. Every proposal is tailor made and free of charge, just like every intake. In only a short amount of time we make a visual proposal (because what you see is what you get 😉), and a fully transparent budget overview so there will be no suprises in the end. We keep these (fun) surprises for during the event. Do you like what you hear? Let's go for it!

Our passion is very important and valuable, but what has made a difference since the beginning is our flexibility. We would call this our most valuable asset. Last minute changes, short notice meetings ... we make it work, together with our amazing partners. Ash clouds, strikes, a pandemic ... we survived them all. A slogan of one of our clients tells it all: "you always think in terms of solutions, never in terms of problems". And that is exactly what we do. If plan A doesn't work, the alphabet has 25 more letters.
